The RCM Analyst Role – Make an Impact with a Fast-Growing Company
THE ROLE:
The DS Revenue Cycle Manager Analyst plays a crucial role in the Disability Services revenue cycle function. The candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment alongside the DS RCM Manager and supporting the billing and collections of accounts to different regional centers. The candidate will be responsible for managing account balances from multiple regional centers (payors) and working cross functionally to identify reasons for denials and underpayments. In addition, the candidate will work with the DS RCM Manager to identify key reporting needs or methods to automate existing processes and roll out automation tools that can support the teams.
- Accounts receivable billing, payment allocations, and account reconciliations for our different Regional Center partners as well as Private Pay clients.
- Review revenue recognition for our Disability Service line and work with Operations and Finance teams to determine revenue adjustments/write-offs for over authorized or uncollectible amounts.
- Monthly and ad hoc reporting on business metrics and analytics assignments and Ad Hoc System and data-oriented projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business metrics and analytical projects.
- Work with Regional Centers on bill rate changes. Analyze bill rate changes, impact to division, and work with the team and Operations on strategies to manage reimbursement rates.
- Develop Power BI dashboards utilizing billing and remittance data for bill and wage rate tracking and monitoring.
- Train and supervise oversees team in India who assists with billings and collections postings.
- Ensure compliance with key controls and audit requirements and work with various customized systems to ensure proper accounting and controls.
This is a hybrid position, coming into our corporate El Segundo office at least 3x a week.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Qualifications
- Certified Revenue Cycle Representative Certification or Similar
- NetSuite experience (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in business / accounting / finance / economics
- 3+ years of work experience in revenue cycle management
- Preferred experience in working with a healthcare organization
- Preferred experience in billing for home community-based services in California
- Preferred experience working with multi-locations organization
